Step 1: Julia registry

ROTIR depends on OptimPackNextGen from the EmmtRegistry:

pkg"registry add General"
pkg"registry add https://github.com/emmt/EmmtRegistry"

Step 2: Install OITOOLS

Pkg.add(url="https://github.com/fabienbaron/OITOOLS.jl.git")

Step 3: Install ROTIR

Pkg.add(url="https://github.com/fabienbaron/ROTIR.jl.git")

ROTIR uses PyPlot.jl for plotting, which requires a Python environment with matplotlib installed. If you see a PyImport_ImportModule error when loading ROTIR, the simplest fix is to let Julia manage its own Python via Conda.jl:

ENV["PYTHON"] = ""
using Pkg
Pkg.build("PyCall")

Then restart Julia. PyCall will use a private Conda Python with matplotlib installed automatically.
